Jenny Tu is an accomplished professional athlete and coach!

She has trained in Wushu, Chinese Martial Arts since the age of 4. Along with muay thai, jiu jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing training. She has competed in countless martial arts tournaments since the age of 11, and has claimed many medals. 10 years of coaching martial arts have given her bountiful experience in teaching and coaching people of all ages.

 

Powerlifting

Jenny has claimed several State, American, and a World record in powerlifting. She is a certified USA Powerlifting Club Coach.

Each training session consists of a personalized workout plan based on your needs and based on your goals. Everybody is different, and Jenny knows that. 

 

During the duration of your personal training sessions, you will receive a free program which you will need to follow through with to achieve your goals. Even on your days without a trainer, you will have something to do to actually reach the results that you desire!

Wellness/Health Coaching

 

Nutrition is a highly important component of living a healthy life. A lot of people don't know what it means to have a nutritious diet or how to have one. This can lead to negative health consequences in the long run. Whether you are trying to prevent the onset of a disease or want to alleviate some of the symptoms, how you eat and how you live your life is something that you want to do properly. 

 

Some people don't have the time, knowledge, or resources to lead a healthy life. Jenny can show you how. 

 

What does this entail? 

A one on one consultation where you and Jenny will discuss your current lifestyle. This includes your fitness/activity level, your diet-everything about your diet-, your relationship with food, your relationship with your body and yourself. You will also discuss your goals and your past attempts. It is important to be honest here yourself and get ready to make some lifestyle changes. 

 

After this, you will receive a customized plan, what we like to call the GAME PLAN, in how to reach your goals and beyond. These plans can range from 1 month to 12 months. It all depends on what your needs are!

 

The GAME PLAN  will include:

  • 1 Checkup Call/ week

  • 1 Evaluation of the Month/ Month 

  • Meal Plan (Goal Macros) 

  • Goal Active Times / Week 

 

Additional modalities can be added to your plan such as acupuncture, personal training and/or fitness programming. This is dependant on your proximity to the clinic.
