Everyone can benefit from Meridian Exercise Therapy! Those who sit in offices all day, have bad posture, have tight muscles in the shoulders and back will benefit well from MET.

ONE ON ONE

(or arranged group) sessions with Jenny:

Jenny will take you through proper warm up and mobility techniques to activate the circulation of Qi and blood in the body. She will teach you proper form to prevent injuries as well as to strengthen your overall posture. You will learn the use of free weights as well machine operated weights to target specific acupressure points and meridians. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture points run along 12 meridians (or pathways) of the body, each meridian representing an organ of the body. By activating these meridians through exercise, we are able to activate the functions that assist where the body is deficient and stagnant. One can feel the immediate relief of stress and rid the body of toxins once the circulation of Qi and Blood in the body is increased.
